Current Price Program

Current Price is the per-gallon price (excluding applicable sales tax) established daily based on market values.

  • A delivery date must be agreed upon, and delivery must be accepted on that date.  If a delivery is canceled or changed, you may be subject to new pricing as Current Pricing may change at any time without notice.

  • The minimum delivery allowed for Current Pricing is 200 gallons. An additional per gallon charge may be applied if less then 200 gallons are ordered.

 

Pre-Buy Pricing Program

This program allows customers to purchase their supply of propane in advance for the winter heating season. The program signup deadline for the October 1 - April 30 season is September 30.

The Pre-Buy price for the October 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026 season is $1.65 per gallon plus tax.
 

  • A Pre-Buy price is set, and the total amount for your estimated gallons (including sales tax) is determined.  

  • This program requires a minimum of 500 gallons to be purchased and delivered between October 1 and April 30.

  • Delivery options include both the Auto-Fill Delivery Program or the Will-Call Delivery Program. Will-Call Delivery Program customers are still required to take delivery of 200 gallons minimum per delivery.

  • A new Pre-Buy Program Agreement will need to be completed, signed and paid in full by the end of the business day on September 30 each year.

  • Only when the complete balance of Pre-Buy Pricing is used before April 30 will the current market propane be available for order and billed on the day of delivery.

  • Payments made into the Pre-Buy Pricing Program are non-refundable.

  • If there is a Pre-Buy Pricing Program balance after April 30, the remaining gallons will be converted to a credit on the account. The credit will be applied to future purchases at the current market price on the day of delivery.

  • If the balance of Pre-Buy Pricing is gone before April 30, purchases will be billed at the current price on the day of delivery.

  • New Auto-Fill Delivery Program customers will continue to receive deliveries after the balance of Pre-Buy has been used. The deliveries after April 30 will be billed at current market price on the day of delivery.

  • Auto-Fill Delivery Program customers will continue to receive deliveries as determined by our software system.

 

Price-Cap Pricing Program

This program allows customers to lock in a per gallon price for their supply of propane purchased and delivered during the annual heating season. The program signup deadline for the October 1 - April 30 season is September 30.

The Price Cap price for the October 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026 season is $1.85 per gallon plus tax.
 

  • Participation in this program is only available with an approved credit application.

  • Customers who are currently leasing a tank from NWOP are automatically enrolled in the Price Cap Pricing Program and do not need to complete the annual agreement form.

  • A new Price-Cap Pricing Program Agreement must be signed and submitted each calendar year for those who wish to be Will-Call Delivery Program customers.

  • Customers who own their own tank, and choose the Will-Call Delivery Program option will be charged a one-time fee of $100, due upon acceptance of this agreement. This fee will be waived for any customer that enrolls in the Auto-Fill Delivery Program option.

  • The signed agreement must be received by NWOP by the end of business on September 30.

  • The Price Cap Pricing Program per gallon rate is valid from October 1 through April 30 for all propane purchased and delivered to the account and location entered on the signed agreement form.

  • A 200-gallon minimum per delivery is required for Will-Call Delivery Program customers.

  • Payment of delivered propane is due within 30 days of the delivery. If the payment is not received within 30 days, the Price Cap Pricing Agreement will be terminated and all additional gallons delivered to the account and location entered below will be charged at the current market price rate.
